Kansas City Fashion Week – Let’s Do This

We are feeling excited after a recent weekend spent in Kansas City! A team of our students styled hair & makeup for Kansas City Fashion Week’s Friday night @rachelpollakdesigns & @amelisblaser shows, then got to experience the Saturday night shows & sit front row ?! We keep receiving feedback that this group was fantastic and did an amazing job – we are SO PROUD of our students and their success as a team ????????

In order for students to go on this trip, they had to submit an application and qualify for the events based on criteria including attendance and good standing with our school. After selection, there were additional hair and makeup classes given to prep for the events! Unique opportunities like these are a great way for our students to network and grow as an artist, something we always strive to include in our curriculum.
