Aved Institute Des Moines’ Earth Month Appreciation Event

Part of the AVEDA mission includes caring for the world we live in, and it comes as no surprise that we dedicate an entire month to focus on fundraising initiatives for our planet. This year the Aveda Institute Des Moines is excited to host an annual Earth Month Open House & Guest Appreciation event to kick-off the month with a bang! Join us Tuesday, April 3, anytime between 5-7 PM to receive your 2018 limited edition AVEDA Earth Month candle as well as an evening of light refreshments and mini-services. Your $25 donation goes towards the Audubon Society Iowa Chapter, a local organization that works diligently to protect Iowa’s waterways. We are also very excited to be hosting and participating in the 2018 Des Moines Trashion show, being held at Wooly’s Des Moines on Sunday, May 6th from 4-7 PM. Now here is a night and runway you don’t want to miss! Your ticket purchase of $35 goes towards the Audubon Society Iowa Chapter and access to see a fashion ‘trashion’ show, with couture designs that have been created out of non-traditional and recycled items. This creative, energy filled event includes music, drinks and light refreshments. Please join us as we celebrate another successful Earth Month!
